Most of my dreams seem to take place in Italy…. Somewhere along the rolling hillsides of Tuscany or sprawling coastline of Amalfi to be exact.
Maybe it’s a sign. I should go back…
‘La Dolce Vita’ rolls off the tongue so eloquently – (but that’s probably thanks to my recent night school classes* in Italiano).
*Sidenote: My studying techniques have NOT improved much since the good ol’ school days <‘sigh’> and trying to BS in a language you barely know is not an easy feat – but I am determined to prevail!
“What is the fatal charm of Italy? What do we find there that can be found nowhere else? I believe it is a certain permission to be human, which other places, other countries, lost long ago.” –Erica Jong
When I was asked to provide florals for this Tuscany Themed Bridal Inspiration Photoshoot – Of course I said YES!
Anything Italian and photographed at our incredibly beautiful National Historic Site Hatley Castle – Count me in…
I was however, unfortunately unable to attend in person for this photoshoot, so to see these photos arrive in my inbox was an absolute delight. I’m convinced these ladies created some form of Italian bridal magic! Just look at these dreamy photos – Swoon!
“You may have the universe if I may have Italy.” –Giuseppe Verdi
